Company Organization

PT. Wahana Insannugraha is organized on a functional basis with the Project Management Department providing the resources for contract work with responsibilities for the principal aspects of services, such as engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction.
Each department consists of a number of qualified personnel, which provide the capability of comprehensive service. Each department has a defined function and is staffed with discipline specialists. These group functions are identified on the company organization chart.
All services can be defined in terms of these specialist functions and can be handled in much the same way irrespective of the type of services involved.
Shortly after contract award and establishment of the project organization, the Project Manager calls an internal kickoff meeting, where the job background and contractual obligations are reviewed and confirmed, so that the preparation of personnel and equipment as well as administrative documents can commence.
The Project Manager will be responsible for all work activities on the project. He will plan and direct the performance of personnel and will be responsible for project execution and schedule.

At project commencement, Project Manager will instruct all project personnel in the specific task to define coordination requirements and procedures of the project. The other Department Manager will participate in the preparation of the starter schedule, which will identify the critical activities to be performed in the project.
